clinic refused to let me see the Dr because insurance had not covered a balance due and I couldn't pay it that day. I was prepared to pay for that days visit to get refills of my antidepressants. Going cold turkey off my antidepressant has left me with very unpleasant side effects. The clinics lack of concern disappointed me greatly. It's been 9 days and hope these withdrawals stop soon.

My family and I have been patients at this location for almost 7 years. I got a letter out of no where syating that my daughter supposedly missed three appointments in a row and we could no longer be seen there. The thing is she only had one that i was aware of and i called about it, they refused to help me with this issue and two of my children have major medical issues and needed treatment. Even though my child had an appointment for his required medications that he desperately needs, they wont do anything. I really like the doctors and staff but not this situation after 7 whole years of dedication.

No waiting!! GREAT CARE from staff and S. stokes CRNP!! Will use them from now on!!
