Nutritional Consultation
Kathy is our Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. She was born and raised in Wisconsin, and started a family there with her husband, Matt. They have called Colorado home for 14 years, where they raised two daughters who are now both in college. She enjoys many outdoor activities including spending time with her 3 goats and two donkeys, hiking, camping, and is a forever beginner mountain biker. Kathy finds enjoyment experimenting in the kitchen and sharing her favorite meals with family and friends. Due to her own health journey with an autoimmune disease, she is looking forward to helping others personalize their own health journey, offering compassion and education leading to a better quality of life through foundational health.

Applied Kinesiology
Dr. Nick uses an approach known as Applied Kinesiology (muscle testing) instead of x-rays to find where your body is out of alignment. This creates a more effective chiropractic adjustment, as Dr. Nick can locate a very specific point of misalignment in your body, on each visit, rather than relying on the location of where the bones were when the x-ray was taken.
Holistic Chiropractic Care
Born and raised on the shores of Lake Erie in Pennsylvania, Kait’s been in motion for as long as she can remember. Her dad had her in a pair of hockey skates around the time she could walk on her own two feet and she spent her childhood skating on frozen ponds in the winter and running through the woods and swimming in the lake in the summer. As she grew up, play slowly turned into a passion for health and fitness and after a series of traumatic injuries left her in daily pain by the age of 25, she found herself drawn to both holistic chiropractic care and mindful forms of exercise like yoga, Pilates, and hiking. She realized then how much power we, as individuals, have to reclaim the health of our bodies and our minds through an integrative approach.
