This guy has made my experience dealing with attorney's a nightmare. He didn't listen to anything I said, I tried to get him to make a counter offer to the DA and he told me that the first offer the DA put out there for me was the best way to go. I said at least try to get me a better deal. He more or less said well tell me what. So me and my wife came up with because he would not ever after being asked numerous times. So we submit it. Next court date comes around he yells at me and my wife. Attacks my wife personally. Then tells me he will not advise me tell he is paid in full. So I do trying to smooth things over. BIG MISTAKE!!!! He proceeds to say that we threatened to not pay him on the court date, where he attacked both me and my wife verbally. Then after dozens of emails trying to get him to file for a countinuance. He tells me that he advised me to take the deal on the date he refused to advise me until he got paid. If he fought half as hard for me in court as he fought me who knows what could have happened. At this point he has done nothing but try and sabatoge me in every way. I'm at the point where I am going to file a complaint with the bar association. He was paid in full. He just wanted an easy pay day. He does not call you back he puts no effort in to making things better. Beware get a real laywer!
