        When buying a new 1999 Ford Explorer, the temp gauge had to be replaced 3 times. The motor ran hot and had to be rebuilt on the top end. Ford declined to pay for any repairs. Last Ford that I will ever own. Sorry product and service.

        They're either lying or don't know what they are doing

        I bought a used truck from them. It had been wrecked, but they did not disclose this information. They claimed that there was no CARFAX report stating this, but when I went to trade the truck in a few months later (because I needed something bigger), the dealership I took it to showed me where the front end had been welded back together, and they showed me CARFAX and police reports of when the damage occurred. So either Grand Prairie Ford does not know how to evaluate a used car, or they were misrepresenting the vehicle.

        The salesman quoted us a price...

        The salesman quoted us a price over the phone on the vehicle we were interested in and assured us that vehicle was on their lot. Once there we were passed on to another salesman who gave us the run around for well over an hour before we discovered the vehicle we were wanting wasn't even available.
