ABC Pediatrics

Very disappointed. 1st, after 3 continual days with a fever I called and they wanted me to schedule an apt, it was winter bad roads, I was told a 99 temp is NOT a fever to wait 5 if it continues then schedule another apt. The staff or Doctor NEVER EVEN TOOK MY CHILDS TEMP!!! When I called about this I was told, "well if you tell us what his temp was, we believe you."!!! How stupid. They just wanted to bill my insurance.

2nd, my child wants pierced ears, the store clerk approx 19 years old wasn't sure of concerns about swimming in a lake without healed pierced ears. I called ABC and talked with a nurse, she said "I don't know, talk to he person at the store who pierce ears."! How stupid! The supposed medically trained nurse directs me to a store employee.

My sister is a nurse and couldn't believe either situation. We are switching doctors.
