I LOVE all the wonderful people at Cascade Fresh. They have been cleaning my house for years, and I have never had a single complaint about their service. They come in teams, and they are always so friendly and eager to get started. I have a dog and cat (both long-haired), so I know their work is cut out for them when they arrive, but they never complain. They always leave my house SO spotless! I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. Thank you, Cascade Fresh. You truly help make my life easier!

Attempted to sign up for bi-weekly cleaning services. Answered an extensive interview, was given a quote, accepted the quote and was told I would be called later to schedule a first appointment. Waited a few days and followed up, still didn't hear back, then a few days later was told that they didn't have the capacity to handle new customers.



A company should know immediately if they are accepting new customers, as opposed to going through an interview and setup process and days of waiting before determining they cannot provide a service.

I will never forget the initial meeting with the cleaning staff. About 8 or 9 gals with mops and dust clothes appeared for a deep cleaning of our home. Having been unable to clean be cause if health reasons, when they left I had tears in my eyes they had done such a beautiful job. That was about a week before Christmas and I never got more positive compliments on the appearance of our home. They have been cleaning for us for almost 3 years. Thank you Gals, you are appreciated.

I have been very lucky to have started with Cascade Fresh Cleaning Service when they first opened. They are a very meticulous, friendly and go out of their way to work you in when your schedule changes. The ladies are always very friendly and are very hard workers. My house is always spotless after they leave. They also use top of the line products and always find the right product no mater what type of floor or walls you have. I highly recommend them.

We decided to do a trial run with Cascade Fresh and hired a team of three for one hour at $105.00, to clean a kitchen, a full bathroom, and a half bathroom.

I had already cleaned these rooms the day before superficially, so there was very little to do.

Here are the results. The cabinet door fronts were dirty, the refrigerator door was dirty and sticky, the counters were sticky and dirty, the microwave was left undone and dirty, None of the floors were washed at all. The sinks and shower were not cleaned.

I contacted Audry at Cascade Clean and provided about 15 pictures showing the fifth, and she blamed me for "not giving them enough time".



I (one person) went back through each of those rooms and cleaned every surface in 45 minutes.

What a scam.

We are so sorry to hear you were unhappy with our service. This is surprising given our sterling reputation as a quality company with amazing employees and incredible clients. We had stated during our correspondence with you that this was not enough time to provide a deep and thorough cleaning. To quote an email from July 9th "If we are so limited in our time, we are not going to even get the main level completed, let alone cleaned in a detailed way....If the team is held to such a small window of time, we are set up for failure due to 1) the team rushing to get as much done as possible, or 2) skimming over buildup because they cannot use enough time to get it done well." While these complaints do seem markedly over stated, we are saddened to see that this job did not go as well as it we know it could have.

It is a pleasure working with this company. Everyone is so professional, polite and friendly. I have the same cleaning team every visit, which is nice. They do an excellent job and are always willing to "go the extra mile". I like the team aspect because it gets the job done quicker.

We appreciate really good service. They use ateam of people which makes the cleaning go fast so they are in and out. They have alist of instructions the team brings with them for our particular requests. really nice to have people respond and deliver what they promise, over and over A++ recommendation
