Clean Cut Critters Pet Grooming

Fantastic groomer. My guinea pig had his nails done there today and she was very professional and stopped when he was starting to look agitated. I recommend Clean Cut Critters.

I took my cat there to get his belly and hips shaved because he was badly matted. The woman who does the grooming was extremely rude to me. She was even worse to my cat. She put a muzzle on him that resembled a traffic cone. All the muzzles she had were very dirty...I would imagine that they don't wash them after every use. He couldn't see a thing, and it must have hurt him really bad. She pulled him around by the neck quite a few times and was WAY too rough on him. When I tried to help hold him and soothe him, she was very rude and wouldn't let me help her at all.



I will NEVER take ANY of my cats there again, and will warn everyone who thinks about taking their cat there about how horrible the situation was. Not only should this woman not be a groomer, but she should be reported, and have her grooming license taken away immediately!!!
