Overall

Went to Decker and Sons after many other stops and the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and were very competitive with pricing.



I received delivery within a day and have been very happy with the purchase of my new Maytag front loader.



Will now shop local and be a customer of Decker and Sons

We were looking for a new frid...

We were looking for a new fridge and thought we'd give our support to a small business.The price was right, but we have had nothing but problems. We were suppose to get our new fridge in 3 days, then they decided to send us the display model with dented doors to use temporarily until they could get us new doors. This was not what we paid for! I demanded they give us a new fridge the next day. They did but there was a scratch on the door. It took 1 month to get a new door. The repair man set up an appointment Sat. morning to change the door, instead he showed up on Friday the wrong day to install it .I wasn't home. He was mixed up. Then he forgot to give us the cap that covers up one of the screw holes. After complaining for a week, they dropped it off at our house and we had to put it on ourselves. When we opened the package, the cap was the wrong color. It would have helped if they were apologetic, but they weren't. I believe we were bothering them. Next time I will head to Lowe's or Best Buy.
