I will try to make a long story short. This happened a while ago and I'm just getting around to writing this review. We bought a full mattress for my daughter, spent about $400. In just a year there was a deep body depression, even tho we rotated the mattress, same thing on the other side. When I called the store it was like a huge deal. They said she must abuse the mattress, etc. They said the depression needed to be significant, so I literally had to measure the depth!! It was nearly impossible to do. The people from the company made me feel like I was trying to scam them or something. I wanted it replaced so they told me I had to pay $150 for delivery!! Oh my God! I complained so they said $75 was the best they could do. Ok, so I paid it. Same problem with this mattress. Lousy. All teens lie on their bed and do homework and play on their laptops. I will never buy a mattress there again. Lesson learned.
