Short South Management + Development

This is the WORST place I've ever rented from. They have the worst management imaginable.We had a completely unbearable neighbor that they did absolutely nothing about and other issues that whenever fixed. They did not keep track of any of their records making it impossible for us to not be overcharged for things that had already been paid by us on time. Also, on our way out we did a walkthrough with the landlord gave us the a okay that everything was alright and then he docked money out of our deposit because he decided afterward that something needed to be paid even though the walk through with him was for that purpose. DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU ALREADY HAVE A LAWYER! He said of I felt him taking this money after saying he wouldnt was wrong, then I could take him to court. Such an dishonest person, I hope for the sake of others they are ran out of business.
