SHADY DEALER BEWARE!!!!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Purchased a vehicle from these guys and was recommended i have a cosigner for a better interest rate, so i came back with my grandparents and after we all filled out the paperwork and signed it we where good to go. Later found out the vehicle was not even in my name!!! I cannot transfer the title to my new home state, I cannot insure it in my new state, and i cannot insure it in michigan because the vehicle stays with me in my new state!!!! called and talked to a manager who said the director would call me back the next day. 3 days later still no call back so i called again. spoke to the director and told me its my problem and they wont do anything about it!!! SHADY SHADY SHADY! BEWARE!! ALSO this whole time i have not been receiving any benefit to my credit for making large on time payments!! CONSUMER BEWARE!!

We have purchase our fair share of vehicles in the last 10 years. We have purchased 4 from this location alone. Our 1st purchase in 2006 was a 2004 Aztek Rally, was OK at best for service. But the last 3, (2014 Acadia AWD, 2016 Encore, and 2016 Sierra) we had the pleasure of working with Jeff Minore. He is amazing. He cuts through the crap and won't waste your time. He is a stright shooter and will let you know if something has the ability to be in your price range. He goes above and beyond. This is why he has sold us the last 3 vehicles. He is a pleasure to work with. I believe that the sales department staff does not deseve a low star rating. I think they have done an amazing job turning their company around and reviews should cycle out as staff & management. If you're in the market for any GM product, give this Todd Wenzel a chance, especially Jeff. He even let us drive the demo he was using just to let us see what a V8 felt like because one wasn't on the lot! Keep up the good work.

STAY AWAY, THESE GUYS GIVE USED CAR DEALERS A BAD NAME!!! My wife and I came here to buy a GMC Acadia. Within one day the check engine light came on, they told us we could trade it in for a different one which also had the check engine light come on. They fed me a line about that happening on all Acadias and it's perfectly normal. I tried to get them to take the truck back and they told me basically that I was screwed and they had me and weren't letting me out of the deal. I traded it again for a Chevrolet Traverse which is not even what we wanted. While looking at these, they showed me fake blue book values which I later discovered were about $3000 higher than what the truck is worth so after 6 months, we hate the truck and want to sell it but are going to have to pay $3000 out of pocket just to break even on the truck. Also, as if that isn't enough, beware of the service department. My wife took the truck in for an oil change at the dealer and noticed for the next couple days white smoke would poor out of the exhaust when we would start it. I checked it out and the oil was 4 inches above the full mark on the dip stick! I brought it back in and all they did was empty the extra oil. They are trying to tell me that it's perfectly normal for white smoke to pour out of the exhaust on a Traverse. I'm considering legal action at this point. STAY AWAY!!!

Went in and took the vehicle f...

Went in and took the vehicle for a spin. Told them I liked it but was on a time constraint since I had to be to work at a certain time. The salesman and finance manager took advantage of that fact. The salesman and I shook hands to an agreed price, and then they waited until I had absolutely no more time to be there and rushed me through all the paperwork. Salesman never changed price to what we agreed on. I contacted via facebook and the sales manager was no help. Talked to him again on the phone and he was still no help. Claimed they record everything, but then delete it, when I asked about our conversations. The sales team I dealt with as a whole was horrible, and they do not care about customer satisfaction. They will keep you there until you are ready to leave then say here just sign here, here, here, and here. That way they can add more $ to what you previously agreed upon.



On another note in the Service Center they handled everything great!
