Mr. Killpack has been in business since 1989, which in and of itself, says something about his workmanship. He builds a truly custom house, beginning with the blueprint. I picked out everything from the obvious such as exterior/interior colors, cabinets and floor coverings, but I also picked out windows, doors, sheetrock finish, tile on my backsplashes, shower doors, mirrors, and so much more, right down to the knobs on the doors. I am very happy with my finished product! It was a great experience and I would do it again...but I love the house too much!

Buyer beware. Quality of workmanship is so so. He will not finish on time and will take you for a ride. If you like hearing excuse after excuse of why your house isn't done, this may be the builder for you.
