Daily the internet drops. When working the speeds are far slower than what we pay for or was promised. For almost two years anytime we have had an internet outage, customer support has been terrible. It is the same excuse everytime. "There is a problem in the line and its not you, it's on our end. We will dispatch a tech to fix it tomorrow". Yet for two years the issue has not been corrected. Even when they claim that tech support will be out to fix the problem it still takes days for service to be restored all the while we're continuing to be billed for no service or subpar service. Atlantic Broadband runs a monopoly in my area and has demostrated over time they do not care about providing their advertised high speed internet, having prompt customer service or correcting the vast numbers of technical issues in a timely manner. But they will charge you for it. Terrible ISP, terrible business practices. It is obvious they take zero consideration into customer feedback as all reviews of this company across their entire operating area are all bad ones.

Horrible service!!! Stay away from this company at all costs. Ive had the worst experience with them fixing my phone lines and still unresolved. The internet is always slower than what they publish. In a nutshell HORRIBLE!!!

This is the worst service I've ever experienced. The internet goes off twenty times a day, the phone goes with it. Their customer service is awful. They truly don't seem to care about their customers.

Could not reach a person when I need to.
