A Colorado Glass Man

After having a bad experience at Safelight I decided to give Seth a try. Wow, what a diamond in the rough!!! Seth was on time and provided excellent service. The best recommendation I can give is that my window trim was cracked during removal. Honestly he could have just reinstalled the part and I would have never noticed, instead he points out the damage and advised me he would return the next day to fix it. I left my car on the curb and when I returned home it was fixed .
So the best advice I can give is just because they don’t show up in a fancy truck doesn’t mean they don’t know what their doing. In my opinion I’ll take the integrity over a fancy truck any day.

Quality work at a great price. Seth was very professional, personable, and my windshield was replaced very quickly. I'd recommend his services to anyone!

Read other reviews online and decided to try this company. We have a family friend as our "usual guy", but as a friendly favor we're not usually at the top of the schedule and we needed it done a little quicker this time. Day of appt: delivery truck was late and had to reschedule. Completely understood as it was getting cold and dark. Was going to call on his way out the next morning. Next morning: waited around until a little after 12, happened to notice he had finally made it out. No call or any type of announcement of arrival, and would not have noticed he was there if I wouldn't have been waiting. Came to the door after the job was finished. Said he was all done, had the bill ready, and asked if I had cash. I never have that kind of cash on me, if any, but always have card and check. He said they didnt accept cards and only accepted cash or business check. If I had known this ahead of time, I would have made it a point to stop at the bank since we live 20 min out of town, where our bank is. I had some work to get done and wouldn't have made it to the atm until that evening. He got a hold of my husband instead, told him that they were in between banks and simply didn't like to take cards. Turns out they do take cards, cash is just a lot easier. Overall review: cheap-yes,window installed-yes, timely manner-somewhat, professionalism-sketchy at best. Be prepared to have cash on hand and a few hours to wait around.
