Wow, what great service from Todd the owner of Grizzly Garage Door Service. He showed up for same day service and had the part to repair my Raynor garage door opener. Friendly and more than reasonably priced. Todd spent time with me on the phone to help diagnose the problem, great service. Thank you, these guys are my new garage door repair company!-Chris

Todd is terrific. This is the second time that I needed him and both times he arrived as planned and fixed the problem in no time. I called him on a Sunday evening and he was here before noon on Monday. Everyone in our neighborhood uses Grizzly because he knows his business, he is very honest, and really appreciates his customers.

This is a top notch business. I called five other garage door companies before I finally called Grizzly Garage Door Service. None of them would allow me to pay them when I got paid. This day in age money is very tight and when an emergency happens you just flat do not have the money sometimes. Grizzly understands this and does top notch work too! I cannot recommend them highly enough!! Outstanding people!!

Everyone is right, they are not after your money, in fact they will do whatever it takes to save you money, very honest and that alone is hard to find these days! So glad I had them install all 4 of my large garage doors on my new shop!

I called for a repair and Todd promptly responded and had our door fixed within 2 hours! The tracks for the garage door disconnected from the wall somehow, and after he fixed that problem he noticed we had the wrong size arm on our door, so it wasn't getting a close seal on the ground-he changed it out for a longer arm. They were very friendly, reasonable, professional and definately went above and beyond what was needed to be fixed. I would definately reccoment their service in the future.

I was a customer before Todd began advertising with us. I am signing my name because if every business was like Grizzly, life would just be too easy. First Todd is honest. Second, he sincerely wants his customer's to be happy; not just satisfied. What Great Service!! Todd was awesome. We had a problem with the rollers falling out of the track. Todd came right over and found the problem immediately, repaired it, and it has been working great ever since. What an exceptional human being. Absolutely would recommend him to anyone.
