I first met John at Alpine sales about 10 years ago when he was able to solve a garage door issue that two other companies failed to do. Since that time I have replaced both of my garage doors and openers as well as had him do service a number of times to my prior doors. John is very professional, prompt at getting back to you and very particular in his work. I have highly recommended John and Alpine Sales to numerous friends. We have received numerous compliments on our new doors that John had a hand in picking out.
John is excellent to work with and he has become a good friend. He also backs his products with excellent service and response.

I'm a glutton for reading reviews, no matter what I'm in the market for. Well worth the time. Deciding on Alpine based on reviews here, was golden. John was very good about getting back to me promptly, and made me feel good about the service he would provide. Finished what I feared was a major disaster in barely an hours time, and I was sooooo relieved when he gave me the bill. My wife and I expected 3X the cost, and he even gave us a senior discount! Sidenote, it's well worth the $ to get a professional like John. I attempted something that I thought minor, and ended up with a busted nose, and vision loss in my eye. I was taking a bracket off so garage door would go all the way down, and it SHOT off when released. Keeping John's # handy for future issues!
