That they make you look nice but the people are kind of off putting and do not greet you and I was charged twice for tayloring even though the. First time I came in they said my first charge would cover it all so instead of 30 dollars it was 60 an that in my mind is theft!

Excellent selection. Horrible tailoring services. This was my first nice tailored suit as an adult so I admit that I was not familiar with all there is to know about suits. First of all, the gentleman that helped me(I believe his name was Shaun) was excellent in helping me find something that I liked and did all he could to make me happy. However, the in-house tailor(Margarette?) was the downfall of this establishment. She seems like she never wants to alter anything and always makes excuses for what is wrong. For example, she said that my suit sleeves didn't need to be altered because my shirt was crooked(which was incorrect upon measuring) or my "posture" was making it fit improperly(also not true). The worst part was her attitude. She was the most condescending, rude individual I've ever met(as far as customer service goes). After becoming frustrated with how something was fit incorrectly I was explaining to her that there is no way a suit should have this sort of "fit". She cut me off while I was talking to her and looked at Shaun and said there was nothing she could do and stomped off to the back. Not only did she try and take advantage of my age and lack of tailor knowledge(I had previously gotten outside advice on the incorrect fit so I knew she was filling me with BS) but she acted like an immature pre-teen and stormed off instead of politely admitting that the fit was wrong. I am absolutely amazed that she is still allowed to work there. The only reason I am giving this two stars is because of Shaun and the Manager who have been constantly helping me and putting up with the horrible tailor's attitude all this time. Buy your suit here and get it fitted somewhere else.

Worst. Experience. Ever. Since Men's Wearhouse is affiliated with David's Bridal where I had a great experience purchasing my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses, I thought Men's Wearhouse would be a logical choice. We set up an appointment, but when we showed up, they were unprepared for us despite there being only one other customer in the store. The manager only wandered over once for a little while, even though I called and asked specifically to see the manager during our appointment. Finally a girl helped us, but she was so unprofessional... the biggest issue being her inappropriate attire, which was especially glaring coming from a store that is supposed to be dressing men professionally. She was wearing an extremely tight, low cut tank top... so low, that when she leaned over, we all had to look away for fear of seeing too much. Beyond that, she showed obvious irritation when we requested that she put together styles on the manny, even though we were about to commit to 9 tux rentals! That was very insulting. When we pointed out that the whites did not look white, her response was a flippant, "Oh, they are just really dirty. They are just to show texture. You have to imagine it white." Gross!!! She made tasteless jokes with other staff members and shouted across the room throughout our interaction. Not once did we feel that she really was focusing on our needs or that she even cared if we booked our 9 tuxes with this company. We felt very pressured about committing to our purchase the entire time. I switched everything over to Dubois and was SO glad I did! The tux rentals at Men's Wearhouse came out to be $168 apiece which to me is too high, especially as we were going to have to buy cloth from David's Bridal to create a simple Watermelon pocket square since there was only one choice for Watermelon and we didn't like it. I am just shocked and disgusted that a place that is supposed to exude professionalism was so unprofessional. Although I would still probably recommended Men's Warehouse to a friend in need of an interview suit, I would NEVER recommended any wedding party to rent from this company! On a side note, future brides: do NOT give them your phone number at bridal shows, I had to ask to be put on a do not call list because I was called so much.
