I enjoy getting pedicures when I can and this salon is the closest to my home well needless to say I will not be returning to this place again. The owner is not friendly towards customers or employees. The lady whom did my pedicure seemed rather "out of it" and rushed through my pedicure. She wasn't personable and the entire time I was there I felt like I was in an episode of Jerry Springer. I've since gone to the salon down the road and am very impressed. I wouldn't recommend this salon to family,friends,or co-workers.

Molli is fantastic but ownership would not honor a paid gift certificate. Better prices and services other locations in town. Will not be going back.

I had a horrible experience. The owner is so unprofessional and rude. I had an appointment booked for 7 people 2 weeks prior to our appointment. I was on barter and was bringing her 6 other cash paying customers. 1 week before our appt I asked if she had room for 2 more. She said no so we said no big deal. Then a few days before the appointment she said she had openings and kept asking if I wanted to add those 2 extra. I said we "might" only need one more spot which turned out that person couldn't make it. We came in (the day before a wedding - we were part of the wedding party) for our appointment and she said I'm not taking your barter. I asked why and she said, I'll still take you but I want cash. She said she could have filled the spot that the 1 person who canceled 1 day prior had. I said that's not true as you contacted us because those spots were only open because you had cancellations.



Her loss …she thought she was going to get 7 customers that day and instead she got 0! $0 and also a horrible reputation. NO problem though. Even though her incredibly unprofessional actions left us the day before we found a great place on towline road that greeted us with a smile, got us ALL in and had the best massage chairs!

I would not even give them a whole star but no choice, had a gel manicure on 4-3-15 was told it was guaranteed for 2 weeks, started peeling on 4-8-15, went to TT NAILS on 4-9-15 & of course they will not redo unless I pay, & they made me feel like it was my fault! Poor customer service & I would not recommend anyone to go there for anything.

Really cute, clean nail salon. Affordable prices. Great staff.
