Rocky Rococo Pizza

First let me start off this letter with a score of AAA++ to Rocky Rococo's Pizza & Pasta, and Sheveda the manager of the Southridge location! We have ordered from Rocky's once a month before in the past, so we aren't a stranger to their delicious pizza and food! But within the past couple of years we haven't had the chance to order because my room mate has been down with cancer and treatments for Leukemia. We almost lost him twice within the past couple of years, so it has been touch and go. Finally, he is eating normal food again, and one day last week said "Let's order Rocky Rococo's Pizza!!" I fully agreed and he called to order the pizza and was greeted by Sheveda "How can I help you handsome?" My room mate was floored and overwhelmed by the sweet and startling greeting, and felt like the top of the world! He lost all of his hair due to the chemo, lost half of his body weight, and looks like a tall Mr. Clean minus the earring! LOL! It made his day! After he left to go pick up the pizza, I called the store back and told Sheveda what a GREAT impression she had made on my room mate! The kicker? When he showed up, he was greeted with hugs from Sheveda and her staff, told how handsome he was in person, and that they would all pray for him! After my room mate came back and told me about the meeting, I called Rocky Rococo's Corporate and left a message only to have Trey Hess the Operations Manager call me back telling me he was proud of his store, and Sheveda, and planned on something nice for them! Before you order from any of those other "Fast Food Pizza Places".........take a step back, think about the quality of service and taste you get from Rocky Rococo's! I will NEVER eat at Pizza Hut or Dominoe's......the quality and service has fallen short! Thank you Rocky Rococo's for ALL you do to make the customer feel special and give such quality food!
