Carnegie's A Place to Eat

It looked like a really nice place but I noticed my buser looked strung out on drugs. I got a twice baked potatoe that looked like it rolled around on the ground. I didn't notice at first cause dinning area was so dark but I did when I spit something like dirt out of my mouth. Then I got to looking and even saw a dust bunny on it. I would not suggest there left overs to helping hands.

food is excellent,service was good,but not outstanding.bldg is old library?coul use a different setup
