        The place itself, is wonderful...

        The place itself, is wonderful. They are leasing a few of their SMALL condos. I applied because I did like the security of building. I own 2 houses but was still 3 points away from quilifying, they said. I offered to put up one if not both of my houses. Could not even get a reply. I also had a hard time getting my $100 application fee returned. Overall, the people you have to deal with are not worth the time you will spend trying to get in this complex. I even had one of their employees pulling for me. The only one of them that met me. I would not waste my time dealing with these people. If they are left in charge, they will ruin Centerpointes reputation. They already have with me.
