Cinemark Theaters

The theatre is fine....however the disrespectful teens or young adults that go there need to be escorted out. I've complained about their loudness and mannerisms seversl times and management members dont seem to be able to control this situation.

After reading some of the reveiws on here I was a little nervous to visit this place. I have to say that I actually have had a great time visit after visit. I have now made this my place to watch movies every time I can. My family and I are big movie buffs so watching these often and a budget can be hard. I am not sure if there was a change in ownership or management but the theater always looks clean and smells great. The popcorn is REALLY good and they kids working there do not mind putting butter in the middle and offer trays to share. The staff here is very nice and polite. In the beggining I did pay extra attention to the seats to avoid any possible stains on my clothes, but they looked clean and have stayed that way. Based on my expericences here I think Brassfield may have come a long way since the last reviews and deserves a second chance.

I love the fact that Brassfield is more affordable than the other larger theaters. I would love to recommend this theater to my friends who would like to frequent the movie more often. One thing that would make me recommend this theater is if they would clean the seats. They are filthy dirty with visible stains and black dirt. The seats are worn and generally feel dirty.

I dont like the fact that they dont check tickets.

The movie we went to was full of kids and I had to wonder if they had all paid to get in.

Took my daughter to see a movie here and was bothered by the fact they didnt check tickets. How do they know people have paid to get in to the movie? Movies are expensive these days and it bothered me to think anyone could just help themselves. Then my friend told me while she was getting popcorn she overheard another patron say they never check for tickets.
