Stay away from this shaddy healthcare service.



Overcharging- Charged me $180 for a physical, Urgent Medical Care charges $40.



Hidden fees- I explained to every receptionist, nurse, and doctor that I had NO health insurance, and to please not perform any other medical service other than the physical, I still was charged for A TD shot I did not need. I was not charged for this until AFTER I paid and left the doctors office. I wasn't even aware that I owed anything until I started getting collection threats from their acctg office.



Lost Records- After being a patient with Eagle for over 20 yrs, they say they have no records from me, which of course gave them an opportunity to give me a TD shot (which last 10 yrs, and I had one done 4 yrs ago ) Complete incompetence, they say they keep patient records off site but they can't access them, which is even more stupid.



Kickbacks from insurance companies- Despite the office mangers twist and turns I finally did get her to admit that their office does receive some compensation from insurance companies for the services they provide; meaning, they receive commission for the services they "sell" us.



It's sad, I had been going there my whole life. While I am grateful that I have not needed healthcare service much over the past 20 yrs, I am sadden by the fact that this family practice has fallen so far. This practice is dishonest, greedy, and they obviously care little for the service they provide nor the patients they swindle.

I went to see Dr. Ehinger at Eagle Physicians to get a physical so I could pay the wellness rate at my work for health coverage.



He wanted to run hormone tests and give me vaccinations, at which I told him I am only there for the physical and only want done what would be covered under the free physical visit.



Turns out that he probably knew this wasn't the case. I got two bills from Eagle on separate occasions and one from LabCorp on from this visit. On top of that, Dr, Robert Ehinger made me feel like an idiot when I was sharing information with him, to the point that I no longer wanted to tell him anything. This was overall a bad experience and I will never go back. I had this doctor when I was in high school and never had a problem. I guess things change.
