I called Butler Lighting in Greensboro and spoke with a Mr. Moss. I advised that I was looking for a part for deck lights. He said he had some but insisted I go back to the place I purchased the lights from??? Since he said he had some and knew what I was talking about, I said I can just stop by your store and show him the lights I had and possibly look at his lights. He response in a very rude manner, was I could come by, but I would be wasting my time and I would definitely be wasting his time. Then he hung up. Well Mr. Moss, you may know lights but you need to learn customer service etiquette. I would never purchase anything from this store and I have advised my friends and family of your very rude and uncalled behavior.
