They get applications from people charging app fee and approving people that don't qualify, look in the guilford county records, they have legal papers taken out on them in the past for fraud, they take deposits and 1st months rent money from people, then keep it, non-refundable, whether you qualify or not! The owner's name is (Matthew). He lives in High Point. BEWARE!!!!!!! PROSPECTIVE TENANTS! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN OR HIS COMPANY! HE RIPS OFF THE PUBLIC! His business Piedmont Rent A Home(office in Greensboro, on Meadowview) is a Scam to get peoples money! He only cares about the money! He also talks junk behind his clients back(the people who's houses he got under contract!) BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!! OF MATTHEW the Owner!
