Worst customer service anywhere. I booked an appointment for a TCA peel and I bought $266 worth of products to use to prepare my skin upon their recommendation. After using the products for almost a week my face broke out in an awful rash. I went by the office to let them look at my skin and told them about my reaction. They told me that they would have their accountant to refund my credit card for the full amount of the products by the following morning and that they would call me to let me know that it had been taken care of. I left my products in good faith that they would do what they said. After not hearing from them I called their office two days later and they told me that they could not refund my money because the products had been opened. I would not have known that I would have this kind of reaction to the products if I had not used them. I asked why they did not explain that even under an allergic reaction they would not give a refund. I would have never bought the products. I told them that my credit card would stand behind me. I am so thankful that I did not pay cash to them. Needless to say I will not be charged by my credit card for those products and I will NEVER give them my business again. What a horrible way to do business!

Everyone is so sweet and patient, and they all make you feel so comfortable. If one is feeling uneasy about any procedure, you are in great hands at the Renaissance Center!

Maryann C's office is located on exclusive State Street in GSO. The entry is beautifully decorated, and well appointed with the finest brands of skin care products displayed on lovely furnishings. Once up the elevator to the Doctor's office you find more style, comfortable seating and loads of magazines. Brochures about the latest cosmetic procedures surround the seating area and you feel very relaxed while watching patients exit the office (I saw alot of smiles). Yes, I've seen turnover too, a little unsettling, but as far a Dr. C's talent as a plastic surgeon, my experience was 5-star! She could have sold me any number of procedures but her simplistic approach gave me the assurance that she wasn't going to try to remake me but rather enhance me. Guess what I got? An improved me! She said if I wanted more, she'd do more at a later time but that she thought I'd be happy with her work and I am. Everyone says they love the outcome except those who don't know that I've done anything. Her follow-up appointments were far beyond my expectations: 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 2 months. Also, she never pushed any of the skin products on me. Well worth both time and money.
