Well it was Saturday night and my wife and I had just got home from dinner when we noticed that our toilet was backing up, so I tried working on it a little, but couldn't get it to flush. So I told my wife to call a plumber, we have used a certain plumber in the past but we could not reach him so I called the Plumbing Service Co and they answered the phone. I told them what was going on and they had someone on the way. The Plumber said that the main line was stopped up and he would have to snake it out through the toilet. Well that did fix my problem and the tech was very professional, the price wasn't to bad. I know that if we have any more plumbing problems, I will use this company over anyone I've used in the past. I called into this company to have my toilet fixed. They came out the same day, repaired the toilet and replaced the piping under the house. They cleaned up the work area very well and when they were under the house they saw duct for the heater system loose and repaired it at no extra charge. I feel I got alot of work done for what I payed for. I highly reccomend the Plumbing Service Co. for any of your plumbing problems.

I called these plumbers to replace a hot water heater and cold water pipes on an older home. They respond quickly and also work weekends, which I was impressed with!! Unfortunately, that was the last good impression I had.



They did replace the hot water heater at a higher cost than I could have gotten elsewhere. They replaced the cold water pipes underneath the house. They also put in an access to the pipes, which this older home did not have.



They flushed out the pipes from the house to the street - twice - charging each time. I still had to call another plumber to flush it out again, and it was done completely this time.



When they replaced the pipes going to the bathroom sink, they tore the sheetrock apart, which needed repairing. The pipes that were put in under the house leak, so everytime we use the kitchen sink, a puddle emerges on the kitchen floor. Another plumber is needed to repair this.



Also, since they completed the new pipes, hot water heater and flushing the pipe to the street, there is an awful smell in the kitchen. The exhaust pipe is either leaking or clogged up. We called them to give us a price on replacing this pipe! After an estimate of $600, we sent them on their way. They charged us $145 for the estimate!!!



If you have plenty of money and want to support a business, go ahead and use these guys!! Otherwise, I would stay clear.
