Dogs All Day Premiere Groom

I reserved 1 space for 2 dogs. Right before reservation, a family member offered to take 1dog. I was under a great deal of stress with a sick toddler and forgot to give advanced notice that it would only be one dog. My dad took his dog in to be boarded and let them know that my dog would not be coming. When I went in to pick up my parents' dog, I apologized again for the late notice with my cancellation. I was completely caught off guard by the owner's response. She called me a rude individual and said that I would never be allowed to bring my dog back. When I tried to explain, she slammed the partition. Never before have I been treated with such lack of respect, especially in a place of business. Her approach at refusing further business was incredibly unprofessional, and her lack of compassion and understanding of my one time human error was appalling. I have been a loyal and responsible customer. I neglected to give them ADVANCED notice ONE time, and the owner treated me like trash.

Have been using this place since they opened and I and my family are very thankful for the service. They love our dogs and our dogs love the vacation. We have recommended them to our family and friends. Thank you nan and judy for being so reliable. Sincerely jeff

If you choose to do business here, I warn you to look at the fine print...oh wait, it doesn't exist! Twice now our bill has been TWICE the amount we expected due to the misleading price sheet.I will never be back!
