Dr. Ragoor scores a 5+! She is awesome! The office staff however, has brought the rating down to a 2. POOR POOR SERVICE. Didn't get the preapproval and order my med for a month then recvieved a call from ins co as courtesty call, the got on the line with Dr office, then the office staff left a rude message on my voicemail. UNPROFESSIONAL. Said you called the ins co ( which I did not) also said you were to call Dr **** to make an appt ( they told me they were doing it-they even wrote it on the script not to call-they were calling)
