        I called to make reservations for my two dogs while on vaction and found out that I cannot board them together because they are "pitbull mixes" and since they are bully breeds they cannot share a room. My dogs have never been apart more than a day or two in their life and are best friends. They stayed at the PetHotel TOGETHER less than a year ago and got comments on how well they played together and how much they love each other! If I cannot dictate where and how my dogs stay I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!

        I wish all stores provided such outstanding customer service like this store. The staff is always so friendly and happy to me with my purchases. It is truly a pleasure to shop at this store.
