        Overall

        Business quoted repair work on my house, I agreed to price and they said they would do it the following week. Company never showed. When I called to ask when they would I was told they would call me back in 30 minutes, no call back. I have called twice more since then and both times told they would call back, no call back. These calls were over a three week period. Now when I just called I was told there was no supervisor or manager then that the name of the guy on the phone was "the man that answers the phone." This is an unacceptable way to treat customers, potential customers, or people in general

        Hail Damaged Roof Replaced (2010)

        Excellent communication. Excellent work stripping and replacing roof. Excellent 1-day service. Excellent clean up. Excellent local company (not out-of-state "scabs"). We're not only pleased with our first experience with Roberson Roofing but will unhesitantly contact them for the next time.
