Called on Monday, non emergency and appointment set for Thursday. On time, easy to set up. Explained everything before beginning and did such a professional job. I saw the beginning and the end of the job and it was cleaned and would recommend them very highly

Stephen and his daughter, Amanda, are great, very professional and friendly. We called about a leaking toilet and a water heater that wouldn't light - they came out the same day and were able to replace and install the new units that same night. My husband and I were very greatful and appreciated they're hard work, especially considering I was only a couple of weeks from going into labor, Acute Plumbing Care made sure I was able to take a warm bath that night.

Stephen was awesome to interface with and did an excellent job. He happily answered all of our questions and provided us with a very clear explanation of the costs and Ace's policies. After he cleared the initial clog he took the extra time to check the rest of the pipes to insure there were no other areas that needed attention. He also took great care to protect the house when he entered to keep from tracking anything in. Ace will be the only place we call in the future and will definitely recommend them to all of our friends in the area.

Stephen was great. He came out within an hour of my call (late in the day) and was very thorough in explaining their process. He got the pipe unstopped and then ran a camera down to show us the problem and video taped it so I could take the info to the city for repairs. Great customer service - will definitely use again.

This was my second call to Ace in two months. As I stated in my first review, Ace would be my only call in the future and the future was today. Needed emergency water heater replacement and Ace came to the rescue with timely service, a modern unit at a reasonable price, and the professional attitude I have come to enjoy from Ace.
