I would never any woman use dr k,she is I'll mannered and a flat ass b___ no kindness what do ever,and not to mention she nearly killed me in surgery for hysterectomy,so I would never use her!!!

They are great with their patients but the number shown does not work and I can not find a number that does and I really need to make an appointment

I first used this clinic earlier this year and was drawn to it because of the superior service I received on the phone. This service continued with my visit there that same day. I was so grateful to have someone so helpful. Today, I scheduled a consultation for fertility questions. I was called up to the desk and told to pay my copay of $10. I informed the receptionist that I usually don't have a copay, and to please verify. She checked and said, "Oh, it's 10% because you have met your deductible. " I asked what that amount would be and she said also $10. I was surprised that my visit would be $100 and when questioned, I was met by a defensive receptionist. She told me that the visits were $85, but they still collected $10 to keep it a nice round number for people to pay. I was a bit confused by the logic, but proceeded to pull out my debit card all while listening to a rant of "They don't carry change at the desk and if I needed to change she would personally get her wallet out and give it to me" since it was such an issue. I placed my card (which doesn't require any cash exchange) back in my wallet and walked out. I called to talk to the office manager, and she was no help. I simply wanted to inform her of the way her front desk employee addressed me. She carried on about the fee and why they do what they do. I then said, this is not about the fee, this is about how the employee addressed me at the window. The office manager was silent and did not respond at all. I was floored!



I have been an office manager myself for over 5 years and have dealt with multiple situations like this. I understand that people have bad days, but at no point is it okay to treat any clients with sarcasm and disrespect . The receptionist failed, and so did the management when given the opportunity to make it right.



I know that losing my business isn't a big deal, but I hope to deter others from using their services.

Dr. K and Frankie are the best! They seem truly concerned with me and my problems each time I visit the office. The staff is always friendly and eager to assist me with any issues I have.

I have been a patient for years with Dr. K. She is a very honest and straight to the point type of doctor. She is excellent in her field. She was concerned when she had to give me bad news and compassionate when I did not take it well. She delivered my daughter's baby and I could not have asked for a more professional and attentive doctor. Her office staff is always willing to accomadate me. They are all patient and kind. They smile and greet me by name each and everytime I walk through the door. I have had a great experience with this doctor in her clinic and at the hospital. If you are looking for a doctor that knows what she is doing then look no further, give Dr. Teresa Kowalczyk a call.

I was excited to find a female doctor because i wanted someone who would take the time to listen and explain. The staff and the doctors were impatient and unfriendly. Maybe it was because they are always so busy, but i have never felt so uncomfortable and like i was just another "number".

I went there last year for a check up. I received a presciption for a year supply of Yaz. During that year, I moved away from east texas to North Dallas and made another appointment with another doctor near to a year later. All I needed was one more month of Yaz to make it to next appointment (another Doc in Dallas) and they would not grant it to me. I tried to call the nurse several times for about 2 weeks and she finally called me back and denied my request. She said the other doc would have to get me in sooner, but now that I have wasted 2 weeks trying to get in touch with someone at this clinic it was too late. I am married and cannot afford to have kinds but they did not care. No customer service. I do not reccommend this place to anyone!!!
