        Overall

        I called Shepherd's today and Mrs. Shepherd tried to help me fix the problem with my garage door opener over the phone to save me the cost of a service call. Unfortunately I wasn't able to and asked her to have someone come out. Her husband, Shannon, called me very quickly and said he'd be at my house within 30 minutes which he was. He fixed the garage door opener very quickly and I couldn't have been happier with his knowledge and service. They were very kind to me throughout as well. I highly recommend them.

        Overall

        This company is fast, friendly, and affordable! I called several garage door companies hoping to get the best price and Shepherd was not only the BEST price, but they were the kindest people to talk to! We just bought our house and we had both an overhead spring issue as well as a mini-barn spring that broke and they were so informative and affordable! I am so glad we chose them, and if we need any garage door service in the future we will be calling them again!
