David P. Sealy, M.D. is the physician director for Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship within the Self Regional Healthcare Sports Medicine Center at Montgomery Center for Family Medicine. Dr. Sealy received his bachelors degree from Claremont McKenna College in Claremont, CA, and his medical degree from Duke University Medical School in Durham, NC. He completed his residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, kids and grandkids, skiing, scuba diving, building furniture and endurance sports.
