        Very caring doctor and staff especially as I am often cranky and depressed. After a year of many procedures it is difficult to keep track of what has been done and I would like to be able to go online or have a brief synopsis of treatment.

        Dr. Wright has provided me the best relief that modern medicine can provide. He has helped me become a person who can enjoy the limited life style I have come to except. If need pain relief dr. Wright is the person to see and trust.

        The Dr. was good with technical info, bedside manner and explaining change in procedure was not good, he seemed flustered when I did not want to change the procdure and wanted to go with original plan or wanted more detailed reasons for change. The pre procedure nurses were exellent, but after in PACU they would not allow time to answer questions acurately, were rude and made me feel like they just wanted me out of the room. I would recommend MD because his office staff and PA are excellent and he did do a great job with technical info and procedure he just was hard to talk to he seemed in a hurry.

We are also concerned regarding your stated difficulty in communicating with Dr. Wright. Please accept our apology if Dr. Wright appeared to be in a hurry - it is never his intention to make patients feel rushed. We always want our patients to feel secure in their understanding of the procedure they are about to undergo. Ultimately, the patient is in the driver's seat when it comes to final decisions about their care - and should, undoubtedly, have all necessary information to make an informed decision. We are also disappointed by the treatment you received in the post-anesthetic care unit (PACU), and will raise your concerns with the appropriate administrative contact at the surgical facility we use. Unfortunately, as the surgical centers we utilize are not a part of our practice, we are not able to address concerns directly with the center's nursing staff. Still, we will make sure those in a position of authority at the surgical center are aware of your (and our) concerns. Lastly, our door is always open to our patients - especially those who have concerns regarding their care. We invite you to contact our office if you would like to discuss your experience in further detail. We'd be glad to find a solution to any remaining concerns.
