Ben is knowledgeable and has a great temperatment to navigate the murky waters and high emotions of divorce and family law. I will recommend him to anybody needing a family lawyer.

Both Ben and his paralegal Vickie assisted me with a very sticky situation with my ex husband in a re-negotiation reagrding child support, parenting time, & allimony. My ex and I did our original divorce without a lawyer, and I now see that was a mistake. In 1994, Julie began her paralegal career after receiving an Associates of Applied Science, Paralegal degree from Arapahoe Community College. Mr. Searfoorce’s prior experience was serving 4 1/2 years as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia, where he was responsible for prosecuting the city’s major crimes. Through daily appearances in court, he tried hundreds of misdemeanor and felony judge trials and 20 felony jury trials. In 1999, he coordinated a grand jury investigation and prosecution of a large multi-state burglary ring, coordinating his efforts with federal agencies.

Employment Litigation
Mr. Taravella left active duty with the Air Force to join Chrysler Corporation in 1985, where he was the Litigation Department head under Lee Iacocca. He has extensive experience with commercial and employment litigation, including class actions. He was Chrysler’s Chief Patent Counsel for seven years and was responsible for all intellectual property transactional and litigation matters, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secrets. As such, he was responsible for the defense of the intermittent windshield wiper patent infringement litigation filed by Robert Kearns against the auto industry and the bar code/synthetic voice/machine vision patent infringement litigation filed by Jerome Lemelson against the auto and other industries. He was also responsible for all of Chrysler’s commercial contracts.

Connie Streich works with the real estate team at Montgomery Little & Soran and specializes in the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactions and real estate litigation. Ms. Streich began her career in real estate by working for title insurance companies in several capacities including title searches, title examinations, and conducting real estate closings. Her experience in the title insurance industry led to her work as a real estate paralegal for commercial real estate attorneys in Frisco, Colorado and later in the Denver area.
