Have a 2007 Honda Pilot that clear coat was breaking down from front to rear spoiler, and have been thinking of trading and knew this paint damage would hurt trade value. Once we agreed to matching color, repairs were done to customer satisfaction but they did loosen some plastic roof railing connections that promptly fell off the week after repairs. Price was reasonable but the repair did take twice as long as promised due to small staff, so always schedule at least 2-3 days longer than promised. had them do second car for repairs and small detail work on front bumper, again car had to go back to refinish first attempt and some areas reworked.
