CHECK THE CAR FOR DAMAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This location charged me for a damage to one of their vehicles that i did not cause.
They told me "we have already inspected the vehicle, just sign here"..... big mistake. When i returned the car they charged me $500 + for repairs for the damage that was already there when i picked it up.

Worse yet they send all of their claims through some scam artists company in Texas called Subrogation Management Team.

Choose any company but this one, you'll be happier you did.

You are better off renting from the competitor and spending more money. I knew this location was off airport and that didn't bother me, like it does others; this location identifies itself as being off airport, however they are not very professional and do not handle problems very well. The staff need to be better trained on customers service and how to handle problems. My experience is too frustrating to go into entirely, so here's what you need to know: if you want a mini van (ex. Dodge Caravan or Honda Odyssey) according to the staff there they don't carry them and if you were to make a reservation through discount website that allows you to reserve (with credit card) a mini van you will be offered a Ford Flex, which is not a mini van. A Ford Flex will hold 7 people, not as comfortably as a mini van and it won't carry all 7 people's bags like a mini van will. If you have 4 adults traveling with bags then this will work perfectly...but this is not what I ordered.
