Fantastic Sams

I love this shop. My stylist is Ashley and she is fantastic. I'm African American but that didn't hinder her from doing a great job. I am now a regular customer. Ashley is extremely professional and has a wonderful personality. I just love her!!!!

I went and got a wash, cut and style from a lady that works there. I was pleased with her work but then I got to the register and she said it cost me forty dollars. My jaw dropped! Never in my life have I had a cut cost that much. Not only that but they did not have any signs indicating their ridiculous prices. The lady took my card, slid it and said it didn't go through. I gave her my card again and she ran it again. Come to find out it did go through the first time. So I paid ninety dollars for a cut and now I am having to dispute the additional forty dollars. Not worth the effort and I will never go back and will advice others not too as well.
