had my rings sized right before my wedding.. we picked them up the 2 days before our wedding and they didn't fit. they were closed the following day and not open until after we had to leave town the next. I was in a panic. Not only did they get them re-sized for me that same day but because I had to work and I worked in Grinnell they delivered them to me at work.
