Wayback Burgers

I am writing this because I am hoping that someone will see it and save their time and money. I have eaten at that new location on Groton Submarine base at least 4 times and I can only remember one experience that made it enjoyable to me. The very first day the location was open I received my order in about 15 min and it was correct. I thought it was just a little expensive but not horribly so. Every time I have been there since it seems to take anywhere from 30 min to 45 min to receive an order and it is typically wrong. Today I did not receive my order until I went and complained because people that ordered after me were receiving their orders. When I asked about my food, they could not locate my ticket and had to start my order from scratch. My opinion is now they are overpriced and the burger has gotten to the point that it only takes up ¾ of the bun. Save your time and money, they are not worth it.
