Disappointed with the lack of effort she put into my case. Neglected to perform tasks for which she had been paid. Extremely difficult to contact. Rarely in her office. Would not return calls. My very first appointment with her I was in her office for 20 minutes waiting for her to show up. I requested copies of legal documents for my own record and had to ask again several times. At one point she informed me that she could not find my papers. By the end of my experience with Kathy Baker and her secretary Joanne, still never completed part of what I had hired her to do.
