Avoid renting from them if you can. For 2 years, we inquired several times about our car port leaking. They supposedly paid someone to come out for repairs but that didn't happen. Inquired again when the shed started leaking as well. Nothing was done to fix it which oh well, wasn't our house and we did our part. Guess who had a deduction from their deposit for 'car port clean up' for all of the water/dirt stains. Us!

They also kept $300 for a flea treatment after we moved out which is interesting because our dogs have been on Trifexis for the last 3 years.

Out of our $1,600 deposit (including pet deposit) they kept $1,235.
Aside from needing fresh interior paint and a new air filter, Heather lead us to believe everything checked out okay. We left the house how we found it (besides the paint). We hired their suggested cleaners, pulled weeds, laid fresh mulch (which apparently wasn't good enough because they charged us $53 to lay down pine straw on top of the fresh mulch and in areas where pine straw wasn't located when we moved in). We took really good care of that house. They actually have grass now because we treated the yard for fire ant mounds and we also sprayed the exterior of the house with insect killer since bugs like brick, changed out the ac filter religiously, paid rent on time, etc. Thank goodness we bought a house and won't have to deal with ridiculous rental properties like this one.

Suggestion to the rental company: Ladies, learn to be honest and fair.

Suggestion to the reader: Rent through someone else or accept the fact you won't get a majority of your deposit back
