- We are a family owned and operated business with 20 years experience in the service of all major in home appliances and commercial cooking equipment / refrigeration. The lead tech and owner Steven has been awarded two V.I.C.A. awards in both state and national competition at the college level, he is factory trained and certified in several manufactures schools i.e. General Electric,Manitowoc,Groan,Fry master,Scotsman. While working for General Electric as a field service technician Steve was required to attend training monthly to keep up with the ever changing technical aspect of modern appliances.The training goes on with the addition of Steve to Viking Range as a warranty representative, along with Assurant, United Home Warranty and American Home Shield. My wife Suzi is the office manager and my son Bobbie is and assistant in training.

Our journey with a frozen refrigerator began on July 9th. Two companies/three appointments later with a fourth in another month - I called Coast Appliance. Lovely voice on the other end had us scheduled for the following day (August 25th); a part ordered and delivered within two days (August 27th)! Perfect world! We'll never use anyone else ever again!

I was very pleased with the service from Coast Appliance. The two techs were very polite and knew what they were doing. My refrigerator had started leaking and quit working. They repaired the sealed system and were finished in no time.. I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable rates. My neighbor recommended them, and I'm glad I called. Such a relief!
