I took my German Sheppard Bailey to this clinic, because he was in a great deal of pain from a deteriorating vertebrae in his spinal column. This is a common problem with older Sheppards, and there is no cure, I was sure that as hard as it was to do, it was time to put him down! I didn’t want to see him suffer. Dr. Williams examined him, and recommended doing a laser treatment. I had no idea that it even existed! Within minutes, Bailey had calmed down, and was like his old self! I was absolutely floored! Dr. Williams was very professional, and explained that the treatment was not a cure, but a way to treat the pain, and give him more time, but eventually would not be able to relieve his pain. The more time turned into almost a year allowing him to die peacefully in his sleep. As for those people complaining about the high cost, what price do you put on giving your pet relief and comfort when they can’t help themselves! You can’t! Was it a bit pricey? I would have paid ten times the amount for what Dr. Williams did for me, and my best buddy. Rest In Peace my loyal friend! Your job is done!

Brought my dog to this vet and was surprised when they gave me my total charge for some shots ear med heartworm check and pills flea prevention 3 mnts and a can of flea spray for my house OK r u sitting down $315:00 dollars I was told that after I came home about a vet in long Beach that is a lot cheaper so I will be going there next time oh yea if u go here bring cash they charged me for processing my credit card $8:00

I took my dog here today for a humane society exam. I feel like I wasted everybody's time. Nobody greeted me when I came in. When they brought us back they tried to get stool, unsuccessfully. And thats it. He didn't even examine my dog. He was just neutered Thursday, I was hoping he would at least look at that! But the doctor only touched him when he was trying to get the stool sample. I told him that the humane society gave him heartworm and flea meds and he looked at me like I'm stupid and said I'm the only person who had ever said they give them heartworm meds there...its on the paper work plain as day. I told him that my dog is on meds for an upper respiratory infection and he said those meds don't work and urged me to buy other meds. But he never even listened to see how he's doing, like I said he got no examination at all. I won't be going back.
