I own a trucking company and our warehouse uses LPG powered forklifts. I recently made a switch from one of American Gases' competitors and I wish that I made the switch a lot sooner. My main reason for switching was the same reason as most: PRICE. American Gases offers very reasonable rates for their propane tanks and I literally reduced the per-tank price I previously paid by close to 50%. Their delivery service is very reliable and their level of customer service puts most other companies to shame.

I switched to this company from one of their competitors. I have to say they have the best customer service, uses an old method of answering telephones, they pickup the phone, you don't have to press 1 # * to get to anyone, the owner deals with you personally, and they are quick. They helped me figure out which products I needed to weld what metals, the owner came out and showed me and did not even charge for a service call, thats what I call customer service the old fashioned way.
