Primary Care
Based on your insurance company, many HMO insurances and other insurance companies require a referral from your Primary Care Provider (PCP). If your insurance does require a referral, we will need that referral before we make a consultative appointment or schedule a test in our office. The referral must be approved by your PCP and it is the patientâ€™s responsibility to secure the referral prior to your appointment.
