Swailes Plumbing & Heating

Sent an inept kid who had no idea. I paid in full. Problem not fixed. Office manager would not reschedule and when I said I need it fixed she hung up on me. Also , when I said I’d come to their office because my refund never showed she sent me a laugh emoji. Also made fun of me for calling 200.00 a lot of money. They are HORRIBLE.

Came.. Diagnosed problem but due to not being a plumber could not fix problem. Yet they charged me an hour service call. He was in my home no more than 10 minutes.



Will not recommend them or use them again.

It was the middle of winter, I had just had a baby, my furnace went out. The service tech showed up within an hour and had my heat back on very quickly! Prompt friendly service! I was surprised when my invoice arrived...excellent service at an affordable price! Will use again for my plumbing and heating needs!
