Shady. The estimator had lines that seemed well rehearsed, but of little substance. After he reviewed the work, he assured us that he did this all the time and would give us a fair price. He spend about 4 minutes in "figuring the price" and, although, I have little experience in plumbing, he gave my wife and I a number very disproportionate to the what we expected. We asked the estimator to justify the estimate and he gave us some other well rehearsed lines, was reluctant to answer questions, and belittled us. I then, point blank, asked him to break down the cost of the project, and he flat out refused. I could not trust this estimator and refused to trust this company. Obviously, I went with another plumber, one who went beyond our expectations. You want a good Plumber, call Honest Abe's. Young, independent and cares about his clients and his work. he's on yellow pages. FYI he beat Millennium by a grand.
